Orders placed through the website can take 10 - 15 days to be completed - please consider this during busy periods of the year.
Orders will be processed for shipping within 2-3 business days after a notification is sent from Fintan Mulholland. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. All orders are processed, manufactured and shipped from Ireland from Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic and European Union
Express shipping 1 – 2 working days: €15
Standard shipping 2 – 4 working days: €22
Express shipping 1 – 2 working days: €35
Domestic orders are shipped via An Post standard. A €15 flat rate of shipping and handling fee will be added to every domestic order regardless of destination. Priority mail shipping is available however, delivery time vary from 1 to 3 business days depending on the location of the purchaser.
International – Outside of EU
Standard shipping 2 – 4 working days: €30
Express shipping 1 – 2 working days: €38
All international orders are shipped via DHL. A €30 flat rate of shipping and handling fee will be added to every international order regardless of country. Shipping usually takes approximately 7 - 10 business days from actual shipment date, but occasionally packages can experience customs delays of several weeks.
Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes by the customs of the destination country upon arrival. Fintan Mulholland cannot estimate or cover any extra charges generated by your country's custom department. As a helpful tip, we have found customers are less likely to be charged customs duties and taxes on multiple small orders as opposed to one large order but it varies by country.
All requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days since the date of purchase. Items must be returned with all original tags attached, unwashed, and unaltered. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Fintan Mulholland has the right to deny credit if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We are unfortunately unable to provide online exchanges. If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size, style, and/or price we would be happy to issue a refund but would request that you purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Please see below for our return procedure.
All returns must be authorised by Fintan Mulholland. Please send an email with your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and specific items requesting to be returned. Upon receiving your request, we will follow up with an email confirming the status and provide you the return address. Return packages must be shipped with proof of delivery. Fintan Mulholland will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
